Parry Logistics was first founded in 1958 by Donald Parry. Don initially began his business by providing a freight service to and from the railway in Werris Creek.

Parry Logistics are a family owned business with over 60 years in in the industry, servicing the North West of NSW.
Founded in 1958 by the Late Don Parry in Werris Creek, the business moved it's operations to Tamworth in 2002 and now employs over 80 staff with in excess of 50 trucks and 100 trailers on the road.
1958
Parry Logistics was first founded in 1958 by Donald Parry. Don initially began his business by providing a freight service to and from the railway in Werris Creek.
1978
20 years of solid service to the rural town attracted a monumental opportunity and saw Don awarded the government owned Australia Post contract for the region.
1980
Two years later, word began to circulate of Don's services to the wider regional area, securing him the contract for the transportation of containers to and from the region's main logistical freight hub - Tamworth Rail Centre.
1998
Upon his impending retirement, Don's son Greg Parry takes over managing the operations of the business, with big ideas in mind.
2002
Greg makes the strategic decision to move the business from Werris Creek to the industrial suburb of Tamworth and begins operating out of Belmore Street, with a total of five trucks and seven trailers on hand.
2004
Three years later saw Parry's Tamworth depot move to it's current location at 35 Hume Street, to accommodate the growing fleet of approximately 20 trucks and 50 trailers.
2012
After broadening the well-known Parry freight services interstate, another much needed depot is opened in the large suburb of Rocklea, Brisbane.
2014
Greg makes the decision to open a depot in Moree, to better service the North West region of NSW.
2019
Parry's now have in excess of 50 trucks and 100 trailers and employ over 80 staff, specialising in Line Haul Freight, Distribution and Warehousing in Eastern Australia.
